SHIPPING POLICY

Our standard shipping timeframe is typically 3 to 7 business days. During high-demand sale periods, orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are received. If any item you’ve ordered is on backorder, we will notify you via email with an update on your order status. Beautiful Struggle Rises utilizes USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail for domestic shipping, which generally delivers packages within 1-3 business days from the date they leave our facility. For international orders, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.

 

Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, all packages shipped are insured by us through the shipping courier of our choice.

 

Beautiful Struggle Rises and beautifulsr.com are not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers, unclaimed, refused packages, or packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS but subsequently lost or stolen. In such cases, we advise contacting USPS at 800-275-8777 to file a claim, as all our packages are insured.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and no refunds are allowed on any grounds. Customers must complete all return requests within seven days of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way(Original ties must remain intact as the customer received it). Send your return item(s), including your first name, last name, phone number, the reason for the return, and original receipt to beautifulstrugglerises@gmail.com

​We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure that all items and quantities are correct. Beautiful Struggle Rises reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds at our discretion.
 

Please note that our refund policy applies to all items, including international orders. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us  within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.
